These pages document the process for submitting different data sources to the DC Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB). Currently, this documentation focuses on data sources which LEAs upload using the nightly bulk uploader.

We value transparency in our expectations, as well as how our import process works. It is our hope that providing an up-to-date and accurate reference for data submissions helps lessen the administrative burden on reporting by providing clear and consistent instructions and a stable set of submission requirements.

Our documentation is divided into three parts:

• Getting Started: things you need to know before you start submitting data to DC PCSB.
• Data Types: documentation related to a specific data submission requirement. These pages are linked throughout the Hub, and are designed to make it easier to quickly reference accepted values, common errors, and other notes about the specific data you're working with.
• Data Dictionary: documentation related to common terms throughout the data type documentation. This section includes definitions which are linked throughout the data type documentation.

The site's primary navigation is the table of contents on the left hand side of each page. In addition to this table of contents, data types have page-specific content listings (below the table of contents). There is also a global search bar in the upper right hand corner.

In the spring of 2019, we dedicated resources to implementing changes to this site to respond to feedback from its users. We continue to value and welcome your feedback.
